Becoming a shareholder

To invest and support the deployment of Alix, it's very simple:

1) Fill in the targeted amount on a share subscription form (stock warrants) by clicking on "subscribe" and send it to sophie@beohealthcare.com.

2) Then make your transfer to BSIH's bank account and you will receive a subscription certificate.

3) You will become Beo Healthcare’s shareholder through the BSIH investment vehicle at the next capital increase planned for H1-2025.

In 2025, a special tax reduction scheme available in France is set up for young innovative companies that dedicate more than 30% of their expenses to Research (JEIR).
